Complete packages

Choose your package.

Every trade show video package includes an experienced producer, professional filming and sound, full post-production, your company branding, a review draft, one agreed set of amendments and the finished high-resolution video.

Refined across more than 2,500 trade show videos, both packages are designed to make productive use of every minute on a busy stand. Gold is our standard full-hour package: the added flexibility creates more opportunities to capture the strongest contributors, cover demonstrations properly and gather the varied footage that makes a richer finished video. Silver, only where available, keeps the same production quality in a deliberately focused 30-minute format.

Everything included. No hidden extras.

Standard package

Gold Package

A full hour of production time on your stand.

A full hour gives us room to film several people where practical, cover product demonstrations properly, capture customers and colleagues, and gather a strong range of footage from around the stand—without making the session feel rushed.

  • 60-minute filming session on your exhibition stand
  • Multiple interviews where practical within the session
  • Product demonstrations, launches and reviews
  • Footage of your stand, products, team and customer interactions
  • Guidance from an experienced video producer throughout
  • Professional HD filming and sound recording
  • A professionally edited, branded company video, normally around 2–5 minutes long
  • A review draft and one agreed set of amendments
  • High-resolution delivery, ready to upload and distribute

Silver Package Only where available

A 30-minute session, including one interview.

Silver is produced to the same professional standard as Gold, but the shorter appointment leaves less flexibility for additional interviews, longer demonstrations or wider stand coverage. It is the more budget-friendly option when one strong interview is enough.

  • 30-minute filming session on your exhibition stand
  • One guided interview with one person
  • Footage of your stand, products, team and customer interactions
  • Guidance from an experienced video producer throughout
  • Professional HD filming and sound recording
  • A professionally edited, branded company video, normally around 2–5 minutes long
  • A review draft and one agreed set of amendments
  • High-resolution delivery, ready to upload and distribute

“We booked Captive8 Media at a trade show without particularly high expectations because the price was so low. The finished video was fantastic. Everyone at Blue Badger Wholesale was impressed with what became a valuable marketing tool for us. The interview was guided expertly and edited together seamlessly.”

Alison Harvey, Blue Badger Wholesale

Watch before you book

Two short videos from Matthew Stokes, our video producer. The first, 48 seconds long, introduces our trade-show video customer guide. The second, just over two minutes, explains why a trade-show video is worth having at all.

Why film at the show

Everything worth filming is already in one place.

The stand is built. Your products are ready. Your specialists are there. Customers and partners may be visiting from across the country—or around the world.

Organising those people, products and branding for a separate filming day would take more time and cost considerably more. At the exhibition, they are already in one place.

For a relatively small addition to the overall cost of exhibiting, Captive8 Media turns that opportunity into a professional marketing asset you keep using after the show.

No separate filming day. No complicated production to manage.

The show lasts a few days. The video is the part you keep.

Use it on your website, in email campaigns, on social media, in sales conversations, at seminars and in the campaign for your next exhibition. The stand comes down; your finished video continues presenting your company, products and people.

No script. No rehearsal. No need to be a natural on camera.

Most people we film have never been professionally interviewed before. Some feel nervous. Others simply do not want one more thing to prepare before an already busy exhibition.

That is completely normal—and it is exactly why an experienced producer guides the session.

We do not hand you a script and expect you to perform it. We ask straightforward questions about a business you already understand and keep the conversation moving naturally. If you hesitate or restart a sentence it does not matter—we edit the interview so you come across clearly, confidently and as yourself.

“It’s always daunting when somebody says they want to produce a video, but in this particular case it was really, really simple because we didn’t have to prepare anything. They made it explicitly clear that we shouldn’t create a script, which actually took a lot of pressure off. The way they work is to ask questions and to actually lead the process, which means so long as you know your stuff and you can deliver against questions, it’s a very, very simple and painless process.”

David Williams, HiperKinetic

Make the most of everyone and everything already at the show

An exhibition brings together the people, products and stories that are normally difficult to organise for a filming day. Your customers may be visiting. Your specialists are on the stand. Your newest product is set up and ready to demonstrate.

That makes the show a valuable opportunity to create useful marketing content—not simply a record that you exhibited.

  • An exhibitor smiling during a filmed interview on her stand

    Customer testimonials:

Capture customers speaking naturally about their experience while they are already visiting your stand.

  • Captive8 crew filming an interview with an exhibitor on his stand

    Interviews with your team:

Let the people who know the business explain the company, product or problem it solves in their own words.

  • A visitor trying a virtual-reality exercise bike demonstration at CES

    Product demonstrations:

Show the product being used and the details that are difficult to communicate in a brochure.

  • A drone on display at a product launch on an exhibition stand

    Product launches:

Capture the new product and the people behind it while interest at the exhibition is at its highest.

Around those central elements, we film the stand, branding, products, team, visitor interactions and enough of the wider exhibition to give the finished video a real sense of place.

  1. Visitors talking with staff on the Bluebell Opticom stand at IBC
  2. The illuminated SPF Fish Experts logo on its stand
  3. An electric motorbike on display on an exhibition stand
  4. The Fourth Frontier team talking with a visitor on their stand at CES
  5. Visitors reading material with staff on the Creanord stand at Mobile World Congress
  6. Visitors streaming through the entrance to CES in Las Vegas

Fill in the form. We come and film. We deliver your video.

  1. Book your package.

Tell us the exhibition, your preferred filming dates and which package you want. We confirm the details and send your filming time, schedule and simple preparation guidance.

  2. We film on your stand.

Your producer guides the interviews and works around the realities of a busy stand, capturing the people, products, demonstrations and supporting footage needed during your appointment.

  3. We edit and deliver your video.

We build the video, add your branding and send the first draft within 5–10 days. You send us one round of changes, included in the price, and receive the finished high-resolution video ready to use.

That is the whole process. Once you have booked, you are in safe hands: we take care of the filming and editing, guide everyone on camera and keep the production moving. It is one less thing for you to worry about while you concentrate on the exhibition itself.

Built for busy exhibition floors

The hall will be noisy. The stand will be busy. Someone important may be pulled into a customer conversation precisely when their interview is meant to begin.

We know how to work around all of that, keep the session moving and get useful material without asking your team to manage another complicated production.

Our experience covers 345 event brands. That is what allows a compact filming appointment to feel straightforward—even when the show itself is anything but.

Want more from the show?

The packages include everything needed for the finished video described above. If you would like to create more content while everyone is together, we can also discuss:

  • Fast, priority-turnaround edits
  • Additional finished videos or shorter edits from the footage filmed
  • Standalone customer-testimonial videos
  • Photography
  • Raw footage
  • Filming presentations, talks and demonstrations
  • Longer appointments or filming across more of the event. We can create a bespoke package based on your needs

These are not included in the standard package. They are optional, subject to the event and schedule, and priced with you before filming.

Questions exhibitors often ask us

Two of the Captive8 crew with their camera on a show floor

Who are Captive8 Media?

We are a UK corporate video production company, based near London and filming across the UK and worldwide. Since 2005 we have worked business to business: with companies whose products and services need explaining rather than simply showing.

We have created over 2,500 trade show videos across 345 event brands. But that is not all we do. We also make customer case studies and testimonials, corporate brand films, conference and event coverage, training video and animation. Filming is the easy part. The difficult part is getting a real person to relax and say the thing that matters, and that is what we have spent twenty years getting good at.

It is also why a package is rarely where the relationship ends. A great many of our longest-standing clients started with a single booking, liked what came back, and we have been filming for them ever since.

Do we need to prepare a script or interview questions?

We love bullet points: they help us make sure nothing important is missed while still allowing the interview to sound natural. Please send us a short list covering the topics or messages that matter most.

Please do not write a script. They often create more problems than they solve: people concentrate on remembering the exact wording, become less natural and worry when they miss a line. Your producer will ask the questions and guide the conversation, leaving you free to talk about the business you already know.

What if someone is nervous about being filmed?

You will be in very good company—most people feel at least a little nervous when a camera appears. We explain everything, keep the interview conversational and let you restart whenever you need to. Hesitations and false starts disappear in the edit, so there is no pressure to get every answer perfect first time.

What if we have not decided exactly what to film?

That is absolutely fine. Sometimes the first real conversation about the video happens when we reach the stand. Plenty of clients leave it to us entirely, and that works well: after twenty years of filming on exhibition floors we know what tends to make a stand and a business look their best on camera.

Your producer will listen to what you want to achieve, look at what is actually happening around you on the day, help identify the strongest material and advise what will work best within the session.

Can you film customers and product demonstrations?

Yes. Customers can add real credibility and demonstrations are often the best way to bring a product to life. We simply need everyone involved to be happy to appear on camera and the filming to fit within the appointment. Gold gives us more flexibility for several contributors, demonstrations and wider supporting footage.

What is included in the package price?

Everything needed for the finished video described in your package: your producer, filming, professional editing, company branding, a review draft, one agreed set of amendments and high-resolution delivery. There are no hidden extras waiting at the end.

What would cost extra?

Only additions you choose beyond the package, such as another finished edit, photography, raw footage, priority delivery or extended filming. If you want any of those, we discuss them with you and agree the price first—there are no unwelcome surprises afterwards.

When will we receive the video?

We send the first draft within 5–10 days of filming. You can then review it in your own time, send us your agreed amendments and leave us to prepare the final high-resolution version.

In their words

“I've done some videos before where the cameraman has been far more about the camera and the production, as opposed to actually working with the people who are talking to really get the most out of them. That, to me, has been the big difference.”

Luella Morton, TestReach

“Captive8 Media quickly understood our audience and delivered a compelling story for our product. We later came back with a completely different creative challenge and they nailed that too, even working at short notice and at a reasonable cost. The team is talented, diligent and professional.”

Daniel Zabaleta

“Attending a show like this is very, very expensive, particularly for a small business like us, and you're keen to make sure you get a return on that investment. But in the scheme of things, what we were spending for this video just seemed like incredibly good value.”

Rod Webb

“Video is really powerful. It's not something that we'd done previously, but we knew it was a missing component of our brand strategy. They really made things very simple, even for people who are not accustomed to speaking to a camera.”

Gary Partington, Apadmi

“The Independent Hotel Show was a new venture for us and we wanted our impact to last longer than the 2-day event. Captive8 Media delivered everything they promised with patience, humour and professionalism. Genuine value for money.”

Graeme Clarke, Direction Training

“I've worked with Captive8 Media at trade shows in both the Netherlands and Spain. On both occasions the team was professional, pleasant and punctual. Booking, communication, editing and invoicing run like a well-oiled machine.”

Jacquie McHale

“We've worked with Captive8 Media at Bett for 2 years. They produce excellent-quality videos, work very efficiently and ask the right questions to get responses that promote our business well.”

Richard Weremiuk

“I have been collaborating with Captive8 Media since 2014. Their interview, directing and filming skills are second to none. They really understand what needs to be done to make a video achieve its goals. Professional, great value and a pleasure to work with.”

Stefan Bogdanov

“Triumph Board works with Captive8 Media on an ongoing basis across different types of audiovisual projects. Their team helps our speakers deliver far more than they expect and tailors every project to our needs, whether we're filming in a training room or at one of the world's leading AV exhibitions.”

Michaela Kryspinova, Triumph Board
